Benefits of face-to-face therapy
Office (Face-to-face) therapy at my Vancouver Counselling office is clearly the best way to get the utmost benefit. Only 20% of communication comes from the words we use and the rest is made up of tonality and the nuances of body language. So, there is so much more information in the room for me to use in the interest of supporting you in the healing and growing process. Therefore, face to face counseling for those people who live in the Vancouver area should be your first choice.
My sessions are generally 50 minutes in length, unless an extended session is needed. This extended session is not uncommon when doing EMDR. Of course, this can be further discussed in your initial free consultation if need be.
